(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
New to chickens this Summer! Purchased them in mid June from our local Tractor Supply
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
8 all together - 7 hens and 1 surprise rooster
(3) What breeds do you have?
Buff Orbingtons
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
A reason to wake up early each morning - fun to care for and be around - good listeners lol
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Swimming, Arts and Crafts, Cooking, Gardening
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.

(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I've been a long time lurker and decided to join in the convo! also for support and experience
