I've been a lurker for a while, and decided to say hello. My life doesn't allow for much internet time on forums, but when researching breeds, this site always provides a lot of information. I currently have 15 barred rock hens(utility) and one rooster that I hatched from eggs last year. I am starting to venture into more rare breeds(maybe not so rare), I've got 40 American Bresse eggs in an incubator.

I've heard the Bresse chickens are supposed to be the most delicious. If so, they may sell very well for you.
