    Hello everyone!

Glad to have found this place. I'm a budding, wannabe homesteader who has taken up knitting and crocheting, had my very first garden this year and forwarded a letter to my town to re-consider the no poultry in city limits by-law.

I look forward to learning from everyone and hope to be able to own my own back yard chickens one day soon.

    Sincerely,
    Melissa

    Hello and [IMG] !

Always nice to have more gardeners, crafty type, and of course people from CA. I'm still curious to this day what breeds of chicken are and are not available there. [IMG]
