I'm absolutely thrilled for this upcoming adventure! I've already had the pleasure of gaining so much information from this site. I've some chicks and ducklings already on their way, and I'm just hoping that I have everything ready for them! [IMG]
I ordered 5 Khaki Campbell and 3 Welsh Harlequin ducklings, and 3 Cochin Bantams, and 2 Brahma Bantams! Getting really excited for the "fluffies" to arrive!

Hi and welcome to BYC - good look with your impending flock!

The Learning Centre is a great resource, even for experienced chicken keepers - loads of info on anything chicken. https://www.backyardchickens.com/atype/1/Learning_Center

Joining your state thread will put you in contact with other BYC members in your area, which can be very helpful.

The members here are amazing - very friendly and helpful, so if you need an answer to a question or simply want some reassurance that what you are doing is ok, then post away - we all help each other out here at BYC.

    All the best

In addition to all the chicken chatter, there's a great duck forum here on BYC. You might find it helpful if you have questions about your ducks (nice duck breeds you selected).

Good luck with your new fluff butts, have fun!
