Grossness inside egg-what is it? PICS

    I'm not sure where to post this, thought I'd try the egglaying topic.

    Here are pics of a wad of yuck that was in an egg I cracked today. What is it? It doesn't look like the roundworm pictures I found. Is it just a piece of her insides that made it inside the egg before the shell went on? It is possible that it is that chickens first egg. It's shell was a different color than any of the others. Actually it was a beautiful speckled egg that I was trying to blow out for a christmas decoration, but it wouldn't blow. I cracked it and found this [​IMG]

    For size reference, it is on a teaspoon. Its about 1/2" long and 3/16" thick at the fattest point.

    big chunk of overy. Sometimes this stuff breaks off & gets wrapped in an egg. Its usually no where near this big though. Yuck!
