    Three questions please:

Other than increasing the omega 3 in eggs (which I don't need or want to do), does ground flax have any benefit for my hen's physical health?

Is it safe to feed a bit of oyster shell to my pet meat king hen who is laying eggs? (Just where she is such a large bird to begin with).

And, I can't remember the other thing I was going to ask now, sooo, it's just the two questions. Ha ha!

    Thank you.

I know of no studies on flax and the hens health. I do know that too much can give them the runs.

If she is laying or any bird laying, then having oyster shell on the side so she can choose isn't a bad thing.

When you think of the other thing, you can of course, post the question.
