Growing pains

Hey all,

This year's bantam collection we netted 2 mlle fleur bantam cockerels, 1 mlle fleur pullet, 1 seabright pullet,1 seabright cockerel, and 2 silkies of unknown sex. We have to obviously get rid of two cockerels. The problem lies with every time the pullets are separated from their brood mates, they scream like they're being murdered. We kept them separate because of their differing ages. Is there a way to put the hens together with the remaining cockerel or am I stuck?? I don't want to stress the pullets out anymore than I have to but they get so anxious they start to pant. Any suggestions are welcome except slaughtering the extra cockerels, my mother and I are far too squeamish to do so. Rehoming is a potential solution, but we just came out of a bird ban because of avian flu and the closest livestock trade is currently flooded with young chickens needing homes so I'd have to wait a month or two.
