They're growing up! Three weeks and a few days old now. Remember my little silver spangled hamburg? Here he/she is now! Too early to tell the sex? The Delawares are getting bigger, too. This is Lucinda, the Blue Andalusian. Silver Grey Dorking, no name yet Another Dorking with a worm! My little baby Langshans are getting some serious legs on them! Hope you enjoyed.
They are all beautiful! Next to my Faverolles, my silver grey Dorkings were my most favorite hens, because they were so sweet, as well as pretty. All of yours look great. Isn't it amazing how fast they grow?
The Silver-Spangled Hamburg freebie that we got from MM about the same time you got yours has turned out to be a rooster. We can't keep him. By about 3 weeks old he had a noticabley pink and sort of purplish comb coming in. Now at 5 weeks he has a definite bright comb and wattles. I hope yours is a hen
One more thing, your silver gray Dorking looks identical to my Phoenix chick and looks to be about the same age as well.
Quote:Well my hamburg's comb is still very small so I'm really crossing my fingers! I just love this little thing. I hope she's a girl!!
