You can go to the United Peafowl Association's website and look for breeders. I have read that Greens are more difficult to keep than some others.

Just a heads up, be careful when getting green peafowl. You want Pavo muticus muticus and Josh Nelson of Rocking BAB ranch has some out of imports. MinxFox has pictures of them from when she went to his ranch for Farm Day. Many people sell spaldings of greens.

Here are some articles about Green peafowl that should be read if you are considering them:

As the articles will tell you, green peafowl need heat during the winter or else they will get frost bite and normally what happens then is their toes fall off. They are endangered in the wild, and the Javanese are the most endangered. Pavo Muticus Muticus is said to be extinct in the wild.

If you want Javanese greens your best bet is to buy birds that are from imported birds. Other nice birds are those that are Rodney Michel green peafowl.
Rocking BAB Ranch http://www.rockingbabranch.us/ does have many green peafowl and many that are imports.
Another good green peafowl breeder is
Read Mountain Peafowl : https://www.facebook.com/pages/Read-Mountain-Peafowl/299476123405814

There are other green peafowl breeders and I haven't talked to the others as much so I can't have a good say on their birds. All I know is between the three I have listed, they definitely know their info on green peafowl.

There are many, many, many people who will sell you spalding peafowl for green peafowl prices and there are spaldings out there that look almost just like a green peafowl. Take Blue Creek Farm's Spalding peacock for example:
https://www.backyardchickens.com/g/i/6025569/spalding-peafowl/sort/display_order/
Many people would sell a peacock like this as a green or many people would see this peacock and think it was a green.

Because green peafowl are endangered and can be harder to care for (need heat, more wild acting, harder to breed), it is recommended that you have had lots of experience with raising India blue varieties first. If you are ready for the greens go for it!

Here is a Pavo Muticus Muticus breeding pen at Rocking BAB Ranch. These birds were imported from Wolfgang Mennig in Germany:

I live in the lower part of South Carolina and our winters are not that cold we very rare ever get snow.

Yes MinxFox is right, my spalding peacock is an example of what you can get as a green. Although pretty and high percentage it is not pure. Just because someone is well known and has nice peafowl, it does not mean their greens will be pure. Many people in the U.S. are not as aware about this issue.

As long as they have a shelter that they can get under if it does happen to snow or if there is a frost.

Here is a slide from my Green Peafowl Comparisons PowerPoint. I don't have prices from everyone and I don't know when I updated this page last. On this one it says Leggs was selling an adult pair for $1,600 so they have come down in their price. Tart Peafowl might not really be selling anymore but I am not sure.

Here is something I put together a little while ago showing photos of different green peafowl in the US. I am not sure if Richard Schock or Lewis Eckard still keep green peafowl. I found the photos of Richard's greens on the old GBWF forum and I found photos of Lewis Eckard's birds on one of the photo pages on the UPA of a past convention (I think it was maybe around 2005?) the other photos are off of the different breeder websites so all credit goes to them. I only put this together for an easy comparison for me but I decided this might be helpful.

If anyone knows of some more green peafowl breeders in the US that I left out and they have photos of their green peafowl, I can add that to this chart.
