    I thought I would take one of my Serama chicks, and post a pic of her ( [​IMG] ) each day. I can't claim credit for the idea; got it from a page someone else had done, I think here on BYC. (However, I did do the daily pic thing with my niece for her first two weeks of life years ago...) I will try to update it every day.

    *Growth of a Serama chick - hatched Oct. 31, 2009*

    Hatch pic of Flora (shown with her hatchmate Fauna in the background.)

    One day old.

    Two days old.

    Three days old.

    Four days old.

    Five days old.

    Six days old.

    Seven days old.

    That sooo cute. and you can tell the wing is totally growing in + a little fat in the belly

    I wish I could remember to take pics every day. I've always wanted to do it!
    Last time I tried the evil guineas ran over my Serama babies.
    I have always wished I could keep a journal too and write what is going on with the kids
    and critters everyday, but I'm so easily distrac---hey what was that??

    So sweet!!! Wish I could have seramas - but the cat would probably think "mm, food" rather than "run, it's a pip-squeak chicken hoard"!!! Ah, well. The land issue is keeping my chicken numbers down...
