Growth on eye and comb

what would be the cause of these growths on our chicks eye and comb? Our friend found her in his driveway so we don’t know her history or where she came from.

I really cannot say for sure, but I would wonder if it was fowl pox or ant bites? Peck wounds may also get infected and swell. Here is some reading about fowl pox to help you decide:

It may be fowl pix, because like I said, we don’t know where she came from or what her previous conditions were like. Currently she is being kept in a shed with two other young chicks, and they are much smaller than her so I don’t THINK they are pecking wounds.

You should quarantine it, you don't want to infect your other chickens. Fowl Pox is not something to mess with, it will just keep on giving.
