growth on my chuckling's eye

hey everyone I'm jade from South Africa hope u are all well my baby chicken has a growth under her eye and swelling in the nose how can I help her she is 4 weeks old please any advice

Glad you could join us here! Sorry to hear your chick has this growth This could be an infection in the eye or a respiratory can cause swelling sometimes too. I see you have posted in the emergency section, I'm sure members there will be able to help you. Have you posted a pic? This is always most helpful.
