Finally managed to get some better pictures!!!

The Sussex keeps being pecked on her crop and she's struggling to grow these feathers out. Everytime she has new growth, it gets pecked again! I've tried purple spray, and only want to separate as a last resort. Any more tips or tricks?

Age? All I can say for the LS is maybe try to isolate the perpetrator and keep her back from the flock for a week, they’ll establish a new pecking order

Ah. Thanks. When people were suggesting separation I (incorrectly) assumed they meant forever. I could certainly try that temporarily. They're 13wks

Awwe, I'm sorry. Poor girl.
Remove the bully.
I believe you remove the Bully (isolate) it out of sight for 14 days. Then, keep watching your flock. The pecking order will shift.
Then the bully wont be the the Head Honcho. Im pretty sure thats the wsy it works but, check with the experts.
You can also read about it under the search tab. Their are all kinds of info about it in there.
Good luck. I hope you girl heals quickkly. Tell her she will be beautiful again very soon.

Thank you so much. In all honesty, I think the other 4 all peck her - so I couldn't just remove the one. I think they're attracted to the feather pins and redness, rather than doing it to bully. I might have to try her on her own for a week, but separate with some see through mesh.
