Guess what I bought myself for my birthday? PICS added***

    A Genesis Hova-Bator 1588 and 6+ BLRW eggs and 12+ Lemon Blue Cochin eggs..the bator comes tomorrow and I have the eggs coming after Thanksgiving... [​IMG]

    I live on a farm and my birthday is in the middle of wheat harvest, so no one every remembers [​IMG] So since the children are gone , I take a day trip and spend money on more guineas! Have great fun!

    I think I may buy myself a sportsman 1502 incubator as a birthday gift this year. My husband does not take hints well, so when I see something I want I buy it.

    To the OP you will have to share pics of the chicks once you hatch them! I just won my first egg auction for some lavender Orpingtons! Going to do the New Year's hatch a long with them! Can't wait to try out the new bator!!

    It came today... [​IMG] my brand new first ever bator came today...
    I hooked it all up and plugged it in straight away..it works great and held 100F perfectly...after I get the hygrometer I will test the humidity tomorrow...then off to Mexico for a week for Thanksgiving then back and set my eggs!
