Guesses about gender/11 week BLRWs

    OK-I'll see if I can get these pixs up of my BLRW trio... All hatched 4/30. All have wattles.

    This BLRW above is batam sized compared to my other two. I think this is a hen.

    This chook is HUGE, has the redder comb and largest wattles. I wonder if it is a roo.

    Here's a comparison-sorry a little blurry -of my two monsters. The lighter one on the left has small wattles compared to the coarser looking one on the right. - BELOW is a shot of (the one on the left) over the back.

    I'm afraid I'm not much help with the sexing (though that big one sure looks to be a roo!), but I just have to say those are GORGEOUS birds!! [​IMG]

    In the pic where you show the two together, I'd say the one on the right is your roo. Not only are the comb/waddles bigger and redder, but the coloring is different. The coloring on his neck is destinctly different from his body coloring. imho
