Morning chickens!!
I just got my keets, oh my hell, they are precious!
I have 21% crumble for their food and know they need more protein, can I finely chop up hard boiled eggs for them or should I get a higher protein crumble?
If crumble what brand and type, hard to find anything over 21%

28-30% protein is an ideal number for good development. Try looking for turkey or gamebird starter at the feed store. This is the one I have used.

Thank you so much! I just got my chicks too and one has spraddle leg, I sperated him from the rest and read that I need to tape his legs and hand feed until he is stronger and hopefully leg will fix.
