Guinea keet with “bloodshot” face?

My 7week guinea keets are hitting the ugly stage and losing their down. Today I noticed that two of them have some redness around the bald part of their faces.
The chicks they grew up with have ramped up their pecking order scuffles this week, and I was wondering whether this could be because the keets got a couple of pecks on the face... is it something I should be concerned about?

It’s a bit redder than the photo shows... I couldn’t get much of a close up image and I didn’t want to hold one down to take one...

Looks like some pecking order squabbles.
