guineas hatching

OOPS, I went to take my egss out of the turner this a.m. and there was a little chic laying on the turner. I guess the female Guinea was sitting on the eggs longer than I thought. So I added the water to bring my humidity up and took them out of the turner. Out of 9 eggs two have hatched and two more have piped. I am very excited.

Congrats! I just love baby keets! Chicks are cute but keets are cuter! Ducklings are the cutest..but only for the first 3 days or so lol.

we now have 4 hatched and 2 more piped. I am stuck at work until 0800 in the morning. I keep calling home and getting updated. It is going to make for a longer than normal day.
