As I love whole wheat and grain breads, I took your recipe (which my family loved) and altered it a bit. It came out fabulously and was delicious. These are the changes: Flours: 3 1/2 C unbleached Bread Flour 1/2 Cup Flaxseed Flour 1 C Whole Wheat Flour salt - I cut it back to 1 tsp Sugar I increased to 2 TBL I also increased the rise time to 45 mins each rise. I prepared it the same and baked it the same. Fabulous. here is a pic of my two loaves coming out of oven. So from my family to yours...Thanks for the recipe it is fabulous as is and tweeked.
