Gunky Eyes

One of my hatchery chicks that I received on Wednesday now has 2 very gunky eyes. She was fine last nigh and this morning her eyes are all gunky. (sorry can't think of a better description than gunky) Any ideas or suggestions regarding what to do about this?
Thanks in advance! I'm going to start searching the forum for ideas, I'm sure there is something out there, so I am sorry if this is a repeat post, but I figured I could get help quicker this way.

A warm used teabag helps to soothe the eyes. That's all I have. There have been other posts on this though so you should find it easy
