I am also dealing with a gurgling roo. Does your chicken have any more symptoms like smelly discharge coming form the head/nose area? What breed, age, weight? When did He/She start exhibiting these symptoms? What are you feeding it? Have you separated it/ We need more info than just a gurgling bird
