Gurgling sound from my Spitzhauben

a few days ago I noticed a strange sound from one of my chickens. Other than the sound there are no other symptoms. She is about 2 1/2 years old, eating and drinking just fine. If it was a child I’d say it’s just congestion. Anyone ever had this with their birds?

Unfortunately, I discovered my hen was gurgling moments before she died. But please don't be alarmed; she had other major issues and I think the gurgling was secondary. First, I would check that her crop is emptying properly and go from there. Kudos to you for catching it before any other symptoms.
