Here's the thread for 1/3! Let us know how you doing on your New Year's diet.

I've only had coffee so far today - so I'm doing good.

Well I guess I can step in here! I just had two english muffins and a glass of tomato juice. With the new symlin I am on, I feel MORE than full! (I'm a type one diabetic) I'm only on the smallest dose for right now, and I already feel the difference.

We'll see if I feel like eating anything for lunch! Breakfast is the most important though...gets your metabolism going for the day.
 
1 slice of pizza for lunch. Hey - that was showing great restraint!

Dinner was a broccoli, spinach, mushroom, and onion stir fry over a bit of rice and 1 chicken sausage. Oh, and a glass of red wine. It does a heart good.

Here I be!!! Had a dear friend come down from the mountains for a visit today. I've been trying to get up there to see her since my surgery but things just haven't worked out.

For lunch--small serving of chili made with ground turkey. It had red and black beans, plus mushrooms.

For dinner--2 small ham & cheese sammies. They were on those little snowflake rolls.

OK I confess. I also had a Dr. Pepper
