    Its a new week!

I've started out the day well. Oatmeal with a bit of soy milk and brown sugar.
45 minutes of exercise in the form of shoveling. We didn't get a lot, but I have a lot of areas to clear.

now taking a coffee break. [IMG]

Yup I lost 2lbs!!! [IMG] I'm still trying to figure out how. [IMG]

You can get one of those tickers at http://www.tickerfactory.com/ezticker/ticker_designer.php
    They've
got tickers for everything. Right now I can't remember what I did with my password to the site, lol.

My exercise for today was putting up all of the Christmas decorations. They havd been sitting around on the dining room table, kitchen counter and other places for nearly a week now. All the lights and stuff were out of the front yard on New Year's day but the rest of it stayed up until the "Pollock" Christmas on the 7th.

Dinner tonight was like I said earlier. Porkchops cooked in a gravy. Mom's "paprika porkchops" Hubby fell in love with them when Mom was down last time. Green beans and Egg noodles. I was lazy and used some from the store instead of making them.

    Found it!!

NEVER! NEVER EVER!! NEVER EVER EVER WATCH FOOD NETWORK LATE AT NIGHT!!! They had this burger compititon on last night at about 1am. I ended up sending DH to the store. We had big juicy bugers at 2 in the morning [IMG] Guess that could count as my breakfast.

For brunch--2 scrambled eggs & milk.

Not sure what dinner is going to be

Dinner was 2 of those Freezer Turkey Pot Pie thingies. I've got to go shopping for some real food. They tasted like crap, really salty, but were the only things in the house.

Had to eat 4 Oreo's to kill the after taste [IMG]

Quote:Me, too. I could drink a 6 pack of Dr. Pepper a day with no problem. We have made a rule in the house that we no longer keep sodas in the house. We can only get them when we are out and can only have 1 a day.

So far so good. I haven't killed anyone yet [IMG]

The soda thing is a killer! Drinking water (I've also sworn off artificial sweetners) when you are used to drinking a flavored beverage is hard!

    Today:

    Banana, bottled water
    1 packet oatmeal

    minestrone soup
    3 more baby gherkins

dinner is yet to be decided.

    How is everyone else doing??
