Gut Busters week of 1/18

    Hey ya'll sorry for being so late. I've been a veg all day. Not even on the computer, just vegged in front to whatever on TV. So much for exercise.

    Brunch---Scrambled eggs, milk

    Snack---popcorn & Dr. Pepper [​IMG]

    Dinner--large salad with all kinds of veggies, tomatoes, turnips, celery, carrots, tomatoes, artichokes, and a little lettuce thrown in, milk


    How'd everybodyelse do??

    I am not a gut buster but I hate seeing a lonely post.....

    Pancakes, scrambled eggs and milk for breakfast, rather late today

    Roasted chicken and mashed potatoes for dinner.

    Cheese and reduced fat wheat thins for a snack pretty soon

    Did you know that the reduced fat Wheat Thins are crunchier and have more salt?? I love them [​IMG]

    Hey I went to the track today!!!! [​IMG] Actually twice!! My endo told me that until I get my strength back up to break up my workout into little bits. Did half mile this morning and another half later this afternoon. [​IMG]

    Brunch---Omlet--2 egg white, 1 whole egg, spinach, nonsense mushrooms, artichokes, tomatoes, green onions, a sprinkle of mottza cheese, milk

    Dinner, Pork chops, bean salad.


    Snack---Dr. Pepper

    They shut down the schools today in Charlotte for snow. What snow? I woke up and there wasn't but a dusting on the lawn. We vegged most of the day because it was COLD!!! 24 as a high sheesh!!!

    Brunch--Omlet--peppers, onion, artichokes,(my new favorite) mushrooms, a touch of cheese, 2 egg whites and 1 egg

    Dinner--fajita's and refried beans light on the cheeseall way around

    hey! its not my fault the in-laws bought a place near disney.

    we got back today. just doing a quick check in. yes, i ate bad food. but I could have been worse. [​IMG] now i'm sick. was hoping to work out tomorrow...

    But we had fun, and really enjoyed the 60 degree weather.

    ugh. time for some good drugs and bed. [​IMG]

    Whatcha bring me?!!! Don't tell me Mouse ears cuz I still have the ones I got in '72! I was at Disney the first week it opened!!

    Yesterday:

    yogurt, wheat tortilla with a sprinkle of cheese, water

    chicken with cream sauce and noodles, sunkist, fruit cup

    salad with all the fixins, cottage cheese, three slices pizza, water

    Today:

    Yogurt, oatmeal, hot chocolate


    chicken with cream suace and noodles, water, fruit cup


    spaghetti, garlic bread, milk, small salad

    I finally remembered to get on the scale in the am before harking down food. I've lost 3lbs!!!!!

    a virus?? [​IMG] when we reach our goals we can all go to disney and get princess costumes. [​IMG] good job on the 5lb! i had lost 3, then I think one went back on in FL. [​IMG]

    brkfst: yogurt with cereal, mocha
    snack: 2 pieces of cheese
    lunch: pita chips and a nap (darn cold), then mocha
    dinner: breaded chicken with mozzarella, broccoli, and some white rice. 5 pieces of gelt. or did i mean guilt? [​IMG]

    Hmmmmm is that why I woke up with a screaming headache this morning? I've taken so many asprin today, I won't have to take anymore for a year!!!

    so far no real dinner. just some goldfish crackers and a dr pepper [​IMG]
