    I have 3 barnyard mixes one I am afraid is a roo All we know for sure is daddy was BCM They are starting to get little mohawks, so wondering if mom was silkie, Any ideas

    I told my DH he jinxed me by naming him Bradley. [​IMG] So what do you think they are mixed with?

    Possibly Silkie in there. . . They've got a blue tinge to their heads and an almost vaulted look to their skull. . .

    Thats what I was thinking too. I know daddy was BCM thats the only rooster he had but the mom he wasnt sure I do know a silkie brooded the eggs but he said the egss was from several of his hens. I really think they are darling. I was so hoping Bradley was a girl cause of his color, but maybe thats why he is lighter.
