Hair loss around silkies face and head query

Hi this isnt a emergency of sorts but i rehomed 3 silkies a month ago the previous owner brought them from a store and only had them a month herself then could no longer keep them well my buff rose came to me with hair loss/bald patches around her head and face previous owner said didnt know what it was and the 3 hadnt been fighting ? Can anyone shed some light what it could be and how i can help? Shes healthy etc il try get some better pics in morning
