One of our older chicks seems to have some sort of lump in her throat, just under her waddles. Half of her face is also swollen under her eye and preventing that eye from opening most of the time. Last night I noticed her face looked heavier set compared to the other chick, which looked to have a much slimmer face. I did not think much of it and noticed the swelling today. She seems awfully tired and not as energetic as usual. I'm unsure if she has been eating or drinking. What can I do to help her get better?
Here is the "normal" side of her face. No swelling, however the lump seems to be more prominent on this side.

She is starting to open her beak a little bit and make little squeaking/wheezing sounds. It sounds like she can't breathe too well.

Does she have a bad odor around her face? It appears that she may have a sinus infection caused by mycoplasma (MG) which is a chronic respiratory disease. Can you see any bubbles or pus in the eye? I would hold water up to her beak frequently to get her drinking, as sick birds do not drink well. Get Tylan50 injectable at your feed store plus some 3 mlsyringes with 18 or 20 gauge needles. Give it orally into her beak by removing the needle 0.25 ml per pound 3 times a day for 5 days. If you see any pus in her eye, it needs to come out. Terramycin eye ointment may be used in her eye twice a day. Here is an article about MG:
