Halloween chick can't stand

Mama Olivia hatched this one less than 24 hrs ago. It still can't stand on it's legs. I'm not sure if it's spraddle leg or not. Both legs stick out front and it can't seem to get them underneath itself. It moves around on it's hock and butt. It's legs seem to move and it's toes grip just fine, just can't get them under itself.
Should I take it away from her and splint the legs. Should I give vitamins?

It definitely looks like spraddle leg from the posts seen around here and their diagnoses. I would type spraddle leg in the search, the bandaid treatment is supposed to work really well! Those post usually have pictures too for you to compare.
