Handsome young rooster

Raised this guy from my daughters class project to incubate eggs. He's quite lovely but has started crowing. It's against city bylaws to keep a roster and us like to rehome him Hoping I can find a good spot if I know his breed. Feathered feet and whiskers.thanks for any help =)
