Hanging/ ageing

    Hi was wonder when you kill chickens do u have to let the meat age for a while like phesants if so do u hang it in a shed? Do u process it and leave it in a fridge or what do u do thanks

    I age mine in the fridge. 1-2 days for Cornish Cross and 2-3 days for anything else. Otherwise they'll be tough.
