hey all you scouters! This year is the 100th anniversary of boy scouts of the USA. last week end, Texas held their 100 year scout jam. for more info about scouts, go to random ramblings and look for my topic, Bringing Back the poultry merit badge.

Our family has enjoyed scouts. We are Blessed with a strong troop and very committed parents and leaders.

hey MatthewsChickens, I agree, but christopher stowell, a boy scout in OK has over 20,000 remarks and may be able to have the badge by january, and yes, i'm a christian.

And 3goodeEggs, thank also, it's good to hear that there are other scouts that are chickens fans.

I don't know anything about the Boy Scouts but my father and my grand-father....all were boy-scouts!

My son is very active in Boy Scouts and recently finished the requirements for Eagle. All that is left is the ceremony which we will hold after his football season is over. I think it is a very worthwhile organization for any young boy!
