We live in Massachusetts; have 11 chickens and 2 ducks; a dog and three kids. We're new to the chicken world- but love what we have experienced so far! Looking forward to being a part of this online community. :)

    Welcome to BYC!

What breed of chickens do you have? I hope the whole family is enjoying them, it's a good project for everyone.

If you haven't been to the Learning Center yet, check it out...there are articles on every topic you can think of. And of course, if you have questions, always feel free to ask.

    Nice to have you here!

We have 8 Cinnamon Queens, 2 bantams, and one Americana! The whole family loves them. (And a Cockatiel I forgot to mention).

Welcome to BYC. Glad you decided to join our flock. Raising chickens is a wonderful experience for children. Our children and granddaughter {pictured in my avatar) loved our chickens and made lap pets of the calmer and more gentle breeds. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We are here to help in any way we can. Cheers.
