This does look like fowl pox. There is really no treatment that I know of, just give vitamins. If you have other not-yet-infected chickens or turkeys you need to separate the sick turkeys until they get well. If the sick turkeys have other health issues or get secondary infections of the skin or systems you may loose them. Feed them lots of protein rich foods, canned cat food, eggs, chick starter 24%. And add vitamins in their water. Good Luck! Oh, and if they do get well they will never get the pox again!
