Hardboiled... Just the yolk, or white too?

I give my 26 (almost 3 week old) chicks yogurt on Sundays and crumbled egg yolk Thursdays to supplement the 18% protein starter/grower that they are on. My question is:
Can I only give them the hardboiled yolk, or can they have the harboiled white too? [IMG]

Heck they can have the yolk the white and the shell for that matter - just crush it all up!

(edit to add, they might be a bit young for the shell - save that for when they get older)

We feed the entire egg either scrambled or hard cooked.
