has anyone contacted cackle hatchery lately?

i've been trying to call them. i've tried pretty much several times thursday, friday and also today. it's always busy. i've emailed them twice. once last week and once today and haven't gotten a reply. i want to put in an order but i want to make sure they are available for a certain week to be purchased.

OMG, i feel like i'm calling a radio station. all i get is a busy signal and i've been calling them every 15 minutes~!

Call them about 9 in the morning. I couldn't get them after noon, either, but if you hit them before 10 or so it's not bad at all. I think they answered me on the second ring. I pick up my babies on April 10.
