Has anyone used Breese Farms in Mississippi?

Good grief. Thank you so much. They are less than an hour from me so I though it would be nice to get some hatching eggs that didn’t have to go through the mail. But I won’t do that.

I wouldn't risk it honestly.

I like the bresse I got from Dunlap Hatchery in Idaho if that helps

I was going to get their CCL and/or Ameracauna so I could have some blue eggs but yeah I definitely won’t be getting any from them

Hmmm. Chicken Scratch Poultry has those too, they seem pretty good

They're in my neck of the woods. I have not been impressed with the quality of birds from there at all.

Good luck! I drove down to get CCL & Ameraucana – got home with 8 chicks, next day one died.. That’s normal, they said, they said they would replace it. ???
Now, fast forward to 6 months later — I’ve ended up with A hen & a rooster for my $60. The last one died a couple weeks ago… They’d be fine one day, then went from laying around sickly, to couldn’t walk, to dying! The last 3 that died, weren’t even the breeds I ordered - they were Speckled Sussex, instead of the CCL I ordered.
So all I can say is, GOOD LUCK!

Btw: They never offered to send me replacement chicks, just told me I could come back to pick up the replacement — even though, I paid the shipping & still I drove an hour+ to pick them up, hoping they would be less stressed, than being sent through the mail..
Well, I got nothing but heartache for almost 6 months trying to raise them but instead I watched them drop dead. Js
