Hatched Chick with Issues...HELP!

I have only hatched one batch of chicks before this one and now I have this little bugger looking like this...seems healthy its about 4 hours old and I think its the yolk sac not completely absorbed??? It hatched on day 20 and its been a bear to get humidity right since its HOT & VERY HUMID in S. Texas right now...I do not believe in helping them hatch! It hatched on its own but I don't want it suffering either...its been chirping & moving all around...had a hard time getting a good pic of it through the plastic view window...I use a still air incubator Lil Giant from TSC....Anything I should be doing to help it???

I am a newbie to chickens in general too!!!

Thanks for the links...we ended up culling him...another chick was hatching and I was going to take him out and put into my spare incy and he started bleeding really bad and we noticed his intestines & stuff were out too...No hope for the lil bugger...
