I bought 4 purple black shoulder eggs from someone in South Carolina and to my surprise (shipped eggs) they all 4 made it to lockdown. And today 3 of the 4 hatched. Hopefully all goes well

Keep them off the ground either on a wire floor or wooden floor. Give the cage a wipe down with a wet peroxide paper towel every couple days to help keep things clean.

Will do Midnightman. I have them off the ground in a broader. When do you guys feel safe moving them to a lot on the ground. I have some pens in the loft of my barn that are 20ft×16ft with 12ft ceiling but I'm planning on building a run off my shed a turning it into my peacock pen. They'll have 16ft×16ft indoor coop with 60ft × 40ft outdoor enclosure

Sounds like a great setup. I get mine on the ground by eight to ten weeks. Putting them in that large flight will help them grow faster and stronger. When Mine go out to the flights they get 28% gamebird feed. And as stated above they get monthly deworming and cocci treatments.
