This is my first time hatching chicks out via incubator and my first chick to hatch rolled all my other eggs around so that some of their pips are now on the bottom. Should I be intervening?

That always happens with hatching eggs. What you should do, is wait till the eggs have cracks in them then turn them. But when the egg is upside down they tend to have a better chance of zipping easily.
That little chick didn't hurt any eggs or disturb them. It happens constantly under broody hens

Nothing to worry about, your hatched chick should encourage your others to get a move on. It does get quite rough in the incubator once chicks are moving about.

Good luck with your hatch :fl
