Hatching eggs from "Purely Poultry"?

Has anybody ordered hatching eggs from "Purely Poultry"? I'm finding mixed reviews on their chicks, lots of people receiving dead chicks, but I'm not ordering chicks, just eggs. How are they packaged? How's the hatch rate? Any issues?

I haven't ordered from them. You can watch this video of someone unboxing Purely Poultry hatching eggs.

Personally, my preference would be to find some locally, as shipped eggs don't usually have a high hatch rate. (Usually less than 50%)
I would try and see if you can find some more locally (likely higher quality + higher hatch rate/possibly cheaper), but they look pretty good in general.
