Our last duckling hatch was at my daughters school. She is at boarding school and the eggs where scheduled to hatch at the begging of her last week but… after the first pip it took ages for any more movement.
(Above) the eggs the morning she was supposed to come home ,middle one is infertile.
We waited but then had to set of on the 2 hour journey
Then this happened on the M6
We stopped of at the service station and took the remaining shell to the bin causing a few funny looks
When we got back the incubator was plugged in again and ducky 2 started hatching. So glad they were ok on the car ride.
