Hatching eggs?

My bantam hen has been laying on these eggs for almost two weeks. The eggs have weird spots on them, are they going hatched?

They look thin shelled? Have you been giving your hens oyster shell?
The problem with hatching thin shelled eggs is that they can break easily.
I also can't tell if those are candling pics but there should be a lot more growth and veins in developing eggs at 2 weeks incubation.

2 weeks us 14 days. Chickens take 21 days. They're not hatching
