Hatching help

I have a female Indian Runner Duck that mated with a Pekin duck one egg hatched this morning the other 4 have a small hole like crack but the membrane is still intact the duckling inside seem active but how do I know when to help them out of the egg? It seems a long time since the first hatched this morning and if I do need to help them how do I do it?
