Hatching incubated chick's

This is our first time hatching egg's. Our first one hatched on Firday. Two other ones started hatching last night but have not broken out of there shell yet. Our chick keep's pecking at the unhatched egg's. Is this ok or should we take her out?

It's best to leave then alone.
You do not want to risk having a shrink-wrapped chick.
The other chicks will peck at the eggs and bowl them around.
It only makes the unhatched chicks wanna come out faster to join its buddies.
