hi,
my favorite hen (rhode island white) neus has fallen ill, and i wanted her
to have some bubas, so i got her last 2 eggs that she layed about a
week ago and 7 of my other favorite hen a black sex link, so i'm getting
the bator up and running for 10 pm, the dad of the chicks is a mixed game
rooster that i got from a friend, anyhoo, is anyone hatching around the
same time as i am?hope i get at least one chick from her 2 eggs

I'm waiting on the mail, eggs should be here today. I'll let them rest tonight and put them in tomorrow morning. The incubator is up and running and ready to go. We just hatched 4 babies and my son talked my husband in to getting cuckoo silkie eggs. So I'll be day behind you.

mine are due to hatch Thanksgiving Day. They are from my RIR hens and Barred Rock rooster. Candled tonight have 3 showing veins, but its early.

I set 14 eggs today. 1 white leghorn egg, 1 jersey giant egg and 12 olive eggs. They're all mixes as my boys are all cochins.....i've got a big cochin broody hen sitting on them, so we'll see how it goes!

i have another 16 eggs due this weekend. All olive eggs. They are split between two broodies, a silkie hen and a big rir/cochin hen.
