Hatching pullet eggs versus older hens eggs

My question is this:

When pullets start laying (fertilized eggs) are the chicks any weaker or stronger than a chick from an older hen's egg?

My 6 month old girls eggs are smaller than the old ladies and I was just wondering if that size will make any difference in the quality of the hatchlings?

I've hatched a lot of pullet eggs. Sometimes the chicks are a little smaller, but they quickly catch up in size.

I just got 35 chicks from Ideal and they won't be laying until April/May.
