Hatching withdrawn eggs

I figured it was theoretical.
There is evidence that beneficial bacteria in the intestine can survive doxycycline so that may not affect the embryo but tetracycline residues have toxic effects in the bones of broilers. It may take some monitoring if hatching eggs of treated birds.
The flubendazole may be a different story. Any wormer is transported throughout a chickens body and metabolized. That will end up in the yolk and albumen.
Again, go ahead and hatch but I may be reluctant to use any of the resultant chicks for breeding.
