    Sure know that feeling. It's one you get often if you work nights and then try to live a normal life at home with the family.

    By the time I get into my bed at night, I am pooped. My dh says I fall asleep the instant my eyes close every night.

    oddly enough I get that when I wake up in the morning. I tend to start waking up between 2 and 3 in the morning. I get up around 3:30, get some coffee, and in about an hour am so tired I feel sick. I usually lay down on the couch and put something on the computer I've watched before so I can get another hour or two of sleep.
