My flock was attacked by a hawk two days ago. This poor girl ended up injured. I cleaned out the wound with a 50/50 of hydrogen peroxide and water and then I put antibiotic ointment on it. She is acting fine, but I'm not sure how it's supposed to look while it's healing. Does this look infected? This is my first time ever dealing with a chicken injury.

My opinion is that it is damaged/traumatized tissue. That will slough off eventually.
Infection usually invades the surrounding tissue. Creeping redness, swelling and/or pus is usually the telltale sign.
I'd clean it gently twice daily with saline and diluted Betadine, which is a good germicidal (first aid section of any store- over the counter it's called providine) then treat it with antibiotic ointment.
Just my opinion.
